Cleaning and degreasing (most important step) Before you start, the plastics must be completely clean and grease-free. Poor cleaning will shorten the life of the decals and can make them peel off. ### Basics - Prefer **new plastics**. If you use old ones, wash them thoroughly first. - Remove dirt and grease **even from areas that will not be covered by decals** – any sand under a decal will ruin the surface. ### Degreasing - After washing, do a proper **degreasing**. - A good quality **brake cleaner** works very well (e.g. CRC Brakleen). - Use lint-free cloths, soak them well with cleaner and wipe all plastics carefully. The wetter the cloth, the better the degreasing. ### Pay special attention to - Scrub **edges, corners and recessed areas** thoroughly. - The plastics may turn dull – **the duller the surface, the better the adhesion**. - Work slowly and make sure no areas, especially high-stress spots, are left greasy. A missed spot is where the decal will start to lift. --- ## 2. Applying the decals ### Where to start - Start with something simple and fairly flat, for example the **front number plate**. It is a good practice piece before you move on to more difficult parts. ### Test fit before exposing the adhesive - Take the decal and **test-fit it with the backing paper still on**. - Check that it is the correct piece and that you understand how it sits on the plastic. This makes alignment easier once the adhesive is exposed. ### Removing the backing paper Two recommended methods: 1. **Decal in place with backing paper on**:br – Tape the decal in the correct position with masking tape, lift one edge, slowly remove the backing paper and press the decal down as you go. 2. **Peel the backing gradually**:br – Peel off a small section of backing, press that part of the decal down, then continue peeling and pressing step by step. > Do not remove the whole backing paper in one go – that is almost guaranteed to cause misalignment and air bubbles. ### Removing air - When pressing the decal down, **start from the centre and work towards the edges**. - If you push air “inwards”, it will get trapped. Then you must either peel the decal back up or puncture holes to let the air out. ### Using heat - **Avoid using heat at the beginning.** - Use heat (heat gun / hair dryer) only: - when the decal becomes too stiff, or - when it needs to fold over an edge or a strongly curved area. - Heat activates the adhesive, softens it and closes the air channels in the glue. If you heat too much too early, **air can no longer escape and you will get more and larger bubbles**. ### Pressure - **Use plenty of pressure.** The harder you press (roller, squeegee, hand), the better the decal bonds. - Strong pressure collapses the air channels in the adhesive and leaves more glue in contact with the plastic. --- ## 3. Post-heating Once all decals are neatly applied, make sure they stay in place. - **Post-heat especially**: - all **edges**, and - areas that see **high stress** or sharp curves. - The heat re-activates the glue and improves adhesion. - Unlike some vinyls, these decals do **not** need to be heated to 100 °C. It is enough to warm the edges and press them down firmly. --- ## 4. Curing and final check ### Curing time - Do not ride immediately. **Wait at least 24 hours**, preferably **48 hours**, before taking the bike to the track. - During this time the adhesive reaches full strength and the bond between plastic and glue becomes stronger. - Keep the bike in a **stable, normal temperature environment** while the decals cure. ### Shrinkage and final inspection - After 24–48 hours the decals may **shrink slightly** – this is normal. - Shrinkage can cause lifting: - along the **edges**, and - in other heavily stressed areas. - Inspect the bike, **press any lifted areas back down and warm them slightly**. - If this is done correctly, the decals will no longer peel and will last a long time. > Do not skip this step: if you ride and **dirt gets under the decal**, you will not be able to make it stick properly again and the lifespan of the decals will be greatly reduced. # Unsubscribed You have been successfully unsubscribed from our marketing emails. Puhdistus ja rasvanpoisto (tärkein vaihe) Ennen asennusta muovit on saatava täysin puhtaiksi ja rasvattomiksi. Huono puhdistus lyhentää tarrojen käyttöikää ja ne voivat jopa irrota. ### Perusohjeet - Suosi **uusia muoveja**. Jos käytät vanhoja, pese ne ensin huolellisesti. - Poista lika ja rasva **myös alueilta, joihin tarraa ei tule** – hiekka tarran alla pilaa pinnan. ### Rasvanpoisto - Puhdistuksen jälkeen tee varsinainen **rasvanpoisto**. - Hyvälaatuinen **jarrukliineri** toimii erinomaisesti (esim. CRC Brakleen). - Käytä nukkaamattomia liinoja, kastele ne kunnolla puhdistusaineella ja pyyhi muovit kauttaaltaan. Mitä paremmin kostutettu liina, sitä parempi rasvanpoisto. ### Kiinnitä huomiota erityisesti - Hankaile tarkasti **reunat, kulmat ja syvennykset**. - Muovit saattavat muuttua mattapintaisiksi – **mitä mattampi, sitä parempi tartunta**. - Käy koko pinta rauhassa läpi. Jos jokin kohta jää rasvaiseksi, tarra voi alkaa nousta juuri siitä. --- ## 2. Tarran asennus ### Aloitus - Aloita jostakin helposta ja melko tasaisesta osasta, esim. **etunumerokilvestä**. Se toimii hyvänä harjoituskappaleena. ### Sovitus ennen liimapinnan paljastamista - Ota tarra ja **sovita se paikalleen taustapaperi paikoillaan**. - Varmista, että kyseessä on oikea pala ja että tiedät, miten se asettuu. Tämä helpottaa kohdistamista, kun liimapinta paljastuu. ### Taustapaperin poisto Kaksi toimivaa tapaa: 1. **Tarra paikalleen taustapaperin kanssa** – teippaa tarra maalarinteipillä oikeaan kohtaan, nosta reuna ylös, irrota paperi vähitellen ja paina tarra kiinni. 2. **Irrota taustaa vähän kerrallaan** – kuori ensin pieni osa taustapaperia, paina tarra kiinni ja jatka vähitellen eteenpäin. > Älä revi koko taustapaperia irti kerralla – virheasento ja ilmakuplat ovat lähes varmoja. ### Ilman poistaminen - Kun painat tarraa kiinni, **aloita aina keskeltä ja etene reunoille**. - Jos työnnät ilman sisäänpäin, se jää helposti loukkuun ja joudut joko irrottamaan tarran tai puhkaisemaan reikiä, jotta ilma pääsee pois. ### Lämmön käyttö - **Vältä lämmön käyttöä alussa.** - Ota lämpö (kuumailmapuhallin / hiustenkuivain) käyttöön vasta, - kun tarra on jäykkä, tai - kun sen täytyy taittua reunan tai voimakkaan muodon yli. - Lämpö aktivoi liiman ja poistaa liimassa olevia ilmakanavia, mutta jos lämmität liikaa liian aikaisin, **ilma ei enää pääse pois ja kuplia syntyy enemmän**. ### Paine - **Käytä runsaasti painetta.** Mitä kovempaa painat (rulla, lasta, käsi), sitä paremmin tarra tarttuu. - Kova paine puristaa ilmakanavat umpeen ja liimaa jää enemmän kiinni muoviin. --- ## 3. Jälkilämmitys Kun kaikki tarrat ovat siististi paikallaan, varmistetaan, että ne myös pysyvät. - **Jälkilämmitä erityisesti**: - kaikki **reunat** - kohdat, joissa tarra joutuu **kovalle rasitukselle** tai taipuu voimakkaasti. - Lämpö aktivoi liiman uudelleen ja parantaa tartuntaa. - Toisin kuin joillain vinyyleillä, näitä ei tarvitse lämmittää 100 °C\:een – riittää, että lämmität reunoja ja painat ne huolellisesti kiinni. --- ## 4. Odotus ja viimeistely ### Kovettuminen - Älä lähde ajamaan heti. **Odota vähintään 24 tuntia**, mieluiten **48 tuntia**, ennen kuin viet pyörän radalle. - Tänä aikana liima saavuttaa täyden pitonsa: muovin ja liiman välinen sidos vahvistuu. - Säilytä pyörä **tasalämpöisessä, normaalissa lämpötilassa** kovettumisen ajan. ### Kutistuminen ja viimeinen tarkistus - 24–48 tunnin jälkeen tarrat saattavat **kutistua hieman** – tämä on normaalia. - Kutistuminen voi nostaa tarraa irti: - reunoista - ja muista kovasti rasittuvista kohdista. - Tarkista pyörä, **paina nousseet kohdat uudelleen alas ja lämmitä kevyesti**. - Kun tämä on tehty kunnolla, tarrat eivät enää irtoile ja kestävät pitkään. > Tätä vaihetta ei kannata ohittaa: jos lähdet ajamaan ja **lika pääsee tarran alle**, sitä ei saa enää kiinnittymään kunnolla ja tarrojen käyttöikä lyhenee selvästi. # Markkinointilupa peruttu Olet perunut markkinointiluvan onnistuneesti. Pienet värieroavaisuudet näytön ja painotuotteen välillä ovat mahdollisia. - **Muutoskierrokset:** Sisällytämme kohtuullisen määrän vedoskorjauksia. Jos muutospyynnöt ylittävät alkuperäisen briiffin kohtuuden, voimme veloittaa **lisämaksun**. Voimme tarvittaessa vaihtaa vastaavaan palveluun. - **Oletustoimitus:** Postin **noutopiste** valintasi mukaan kassalla. - **Kotiinkuljetus:** saatavilla lisämaksusta, joka näkyy kassalla. - **Seuranta:** annetaan, kun saatavilla. - **Toimitusalue:** **Suomi**. Voimme myöhemmin lisätä EU‑maita; kassalla näkyvät kulloinkin saatavilla olevat kohteet. - **Toimituskulut:** näytetään kassalla. Mahdolliset muutokset näkyvät ennen maksua. ## 5) Toimitusajat Postin kotimaan toimitus kestää tyypillisesti **3–5 arkipäivää** lähetyksestä. Ruuhkahuiput tai häiriöt voivat pidentää aikaa. Omistusoikeus ja vaaranvastuu siirtyvät sinulle (tai nimeämällesi vastaanottajalle) toimituksen yhteydessä kuluttajansuojalain mukaisesti. ## 6) Kadonneet, viivästyneet tai vahingoittuneet lähetykset - **Näkyvä vaurio:** jos paketti on selvästi vaurioitunut, pyydä kirjaus noudon yhteydessä ja ota valokuvat. - **Piilevä vaurio tai katoaminen:** ota yhteyttä **7 päivän** kuluessa toimituksesta tai odotetusta toimituspäivästä. Liitä tilausnumero, kuvat ja kuvaus. - Selvitämme asian kuljetusliikkeen kanssa ja tarjoamme ratkaisun kohdassa 8 kuvatusti. ## 7) Palautukset ja peruuttaminen **Painetut räätälöidyt tuotteet** (ml. grafiikkasarjat, tarrat ja vanneteipit) **eivät ole palautus‑ tai hyvityskelpoisia**. Useimmat tuotteemme ovat **mittatilauksia**. Suomen lain ja EU‑sääntelyn mukaan **ei ole lakisääteistä peruuttamisoikeutta** tuotteille, jotka valmistetaan kuluttajan vaatimusten mukaan tai jotka on selvästi personoitu. Emme siksi **hyväksy palautuksia** mielenmuutoksen, sopivuuden tai esteettisten syiden perusteella, kun suunnittelutyö on aloitettu. Jos joskus tarjoamme **ei‑räätälöityjä varastotuotteita**, ilmoitamme siitä tuotesivulla ja annamme ohjeet näitä tuotteita koskevaan tavanomaiseen 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeuteen. ## 8) Virheet, painovirheet ja hyvitys Vastaamme **virheellisistä tuotteista** Suomen lain mukaisesti. Jos saat virheellisen tai väärän tuotteen: - Ilmoita viipymättä kohtuullisessa ajassa. Lähetä kuvat ja kuvaus osoitteeseen ****. - Arvioinnin jälkeen ratkaisumme on kustannuksellamme: **korjaus**, **uudelleentulostus/korvaava tuote** tai, jos korjaus tai korvaus olisi kohtuuton, **hinnan alennus** tai **hyvitys**. Voimme pyytää palauttamaan virheellisen tuotteen; toimitamme silloin ennakkomaksetun palautuslipukkeen. - **Ei katsota virheeksi:** erot, jotka vastaavat hyväksyttyä vedosta ja johtuvat asiakkaan toimittamista aineistoista; tavanomaiset värierot näyttöjen ja painon välillä; asennusvirheet; kuluminen tai puutteellinen pintaesikäsittely. ## 9) Peruutukset - **Ennen suunnittelutyön aloittamista:** voit peruuttaa ja saat täyden hyvityksen. - **Suunnittelutyön alettua mutta ennen vedoksen hyväksyntää:** voit peruuttaa; **suunnittelumaksua ei palauteta**, mutta muita tuotantokuluja ei veloiteta. - **Vedoksen hyväksynnän ja loppumaksun jälkeen:** tilaus on **peruuttamaton**, koska se on mittatilaus. - **Syntyneet kulut:** tilaukseen liittyvät jo syntyneet kulut (ml. suunnittelutyö, asetukset, materiaalit, maksetut lisäoptiot, maksunvälityspalkkiot ja mahdolliset toimituskulut) ovat **ei‑palautettavia**. ## 10) Toimittamatta jääneet tai noutamatta jätetyt lähetykset Jos lähetys palautuu meille toimittamattomana tai noutamatta jätettynä, otamme yhteyttä uudelleenlähetystä varten. **Uudelleenlähetyksestä** voidaan veloittaa. ## 11) Yhteys ja reklamaatiot - **Sähköposti:** - **Chat (BloomStudio):** ensisijainen kanava tehtyihin tilauksiin ja suunnittelukeskusteluihin. Vastaanotamme tilaukseen liittyvän tiedon siellä. Kirjautumisohjeet ovat tilausvahvistuksessa. Tyypillinen vastausaika: **seuraavaan arkipäivään mennessä**. ## 12) Muutokset tähän käytäntöön Voimme päivittää käytäntöä. Kassalla näkyvät aina ajantasaiset toimitusvaihtoehdot ja hinnat. Tuotteet - Suunnittelemme ja valmistamme **räätälöityjä teippisarjoja** mopoihin ja moottoripyöriin. - Ellei tuotekohtaisesti toisin ilmoiteta, tuotteet ovat **mittatilauksia**. ## 3. Tilausvaiheet 1. **Suunnittelumaksu.** Perimme **ei‑palautettavan suunnittelu‑/aloitusmaksun** suunnittelun käynnistämiseksi. 2. **Vedos.** Toimitamme digitaalisen vedoksen chatissa. 3. **Hyväksyntä.** Hyväksyt vedoksen kirjallisesti (chatin vahvistus tai viesti). 4. **Loppumaksu.** Hyväksynnän jälkeen maksat loppusumman. 5. **Valmistus ja toimitus.** Tulostamme ja lähetämme täyden maksun jälkeen. Hyväksynnän jälkeiset muutokset voivat vaikuttaa hintaan ja aikatauluun. ## 4. Aikataulut ja toimitus - **Suunnittelu ja käsittely:** tyypillisesti **3–5 viikkoa** aloitusmaksusta ja tarvittavien materiaalien vastaanottamisesta. - **Toimitusaika:** tyypillisesti **3–5 arkipäivää** **Postilla** tulostuksen valmistumisesta. - Toimitustapa: valitsemaasi noutopisteeseen; kotiinkuljetus saatavilla lisämaksusta. - Omistusoikeus ja vaaranvastuu siirtyvät toimituksessa. Päivämäärät ovat arvioita. ## 5. Hinnat ja maksut - Hinnat esitetään euroissa ja sisältävät sovellettavan arvonlisäveron, ellei toisin ilmoiteta. - **Maksunvälittäjä:** Stripe. Tuetut tavat: kortti, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. - Emme tallenna täydellisiä korttitietoja. Maksun epäonnistuminen voi viivästyttää tai perua tilauksen. ## 6. Palautus, peruuttaminen ja peruutukset - **Räätälöidyt tuotteet:** Lakisääteinen 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeus **ei** koske mittatilaustuotteita (EU\:n kuluttajaoikeusdirektiivin poikkeus). - **Suunnittelumaksua ei palauteta**, jos peruutat suunnittelun alettua tai et hyväksy vedosta. - Vedoksen hyväksynnän ja loppumaksun jälkeen tilaus on **lopullinen**. - Erillinen **toimitus‑ ja palautuskäytäntö** määrittelee virheellisten tai ei‑sopimuksenmukaisten tuotteiden käsittelyn. ## 7. Laatu, virheet ja oikaisu - Vastaamme sopimuksenmukaisuudesta Suomen kuluttajansuojalain mukaisesti. - Ilmoita ongelmista **viipymättä** ja lisää tilausnumero, kuvat ja kuvaus. - Korjaustoimenpiteet voivat olla **uudelleentulostus, varaosien vaihto, hinnanalennus** tai **hyvitys** olosuhteista riippuen. - Poissuljetut tapaukset: normaali kuluminen, puutteellinen pinnan esikäsittely tai asennus, väärinkäyttö, sekä näyttökalibraatiosta johtuvat värieroavaisuudet. ## 8. Asiakkaan toimittama aineisto ja hyväksynnät - Varmistat, että sinulla on **oikeudet ja luvat** kaikkiin toimittamiisi logoihin, kuviin, teksteihin ja viittauksiin. - Myönnät meille **ei‑yksinomaisen, rojaltivapaan käyttöluvan** materiaaliesi hyödyntämiseen tilauksesi suunnittelussa, valmistuksessa ja toimittamisessa sekä niiden säilyttämiseen uusintatilauksia ja laadun dokumentointia varten. ## 9. Meidän suunnittelumme ja immateriaalioikeudet - Ellei kirjallisesti toisin sovita, **meidän luomamme suunnittelukonseptit, mallit ja grafiikat jäävät meidän immateriaalioikeudeksemme**. - Voimme **uudelleenkäyttää tai mukauttaa** omia suunnitteluelementtejämme tulevissa tuotteissa. - Emme vaadi omistusta tavaramerkkeihin tai kolmannen osapuolen merkkeihin, jotka toimitat. - Voimme esitellä valmiita töitä **vain ilman henkilötietoja** tai **nimenomaisella suostumuksellasi**, jos henkilötietoja esiintyisi. ## 10. Chat ja tekoäly - Käytämme chattia tilausten hallintaan. **Chatissa kirjoittamaasi tekstiä voidaan käsitellä tekoälyjärjestelmissä** mieltymysten keräämisen ja viitekuvien käsittelyn avuksi. - Emme **automaattisesti lähetä tilausdatakenttiä** (nimi, osoite, puhelin, sähköposti) tekoälyjärjestelmille. **Älä kirjoita henkilötietoja chattiin.** - **Ihminen käsittelee** tilaukset loppuun. - Chat-sisältöä **ei käytetä mallien kouluttamiseen**. Katso tarkemmin tietosuojaseloste. ### BloomDesigner (automaattinen designin esikatselu) “BloomDesigner” on automaattinen ominaisuus, joka luo luonnosesikatseluja antamasi numeron ja referenssikuvien/-materiaalien perusteella. BloomDesignerin tuottamat lopputulokset ovat vain esikatseluja. Tilaus voidaan viimeistellä suunnittelijan kanssa BloomStudiossa. #### 1) Referenssikuvat ja -materiaalit (Asiakkaan aineisto) Vakuutat, että omistat tai että sinulla on kaikki tarvittavat oikeudet, lisenssit ja suostumukset käyttää ja toimittaa BloomDesigneriin lataamiasi tai jakamiasi kuvia, logoja, tavaramerkkejä, tekstejä ja muita materiaaleja (“Asiakkaan aineisto”). Vastaat yksin Asiakkaan aineistosta ja siitä, ettei se loukkaa kolmansien osapuolten oikeuksia (mm. tekijänoikeus, tavaramerkki, mallioikeus sekä yksityisyys-/julkisuusoikeudet). Emme tarkista oikeuksiasi Asiakkaan aineistoon. #### 2) Lupa käsitellä (ja näyttää) aineistoa Myönnät meille ei-yksinomaisen, maailmanlaajuisen ja rojaltivapaan oikeuden käyttää, kopioida, muokata, tallentaa ja käsitellä Asiakkaan aineistoa BloomDesignerin ja BloomStudion tarjoamiseksi, esikatselujen tuottamiseksi (mukaan lukien automaattinen/AI-avusteinen käsittely) sekä meiltä tilattujen tuotteiden tuottamiseksi ja toimittamiseksi. Jos BloomDesigneria käytetään tapahtumassa/yhteisnäytöllä tai “shared display” -tila on käytössä, hyväksyt, että esikatselusi (esim. numero, grafiikkaluonnos ja mock-up-näkymä) voidaan näyttää muille näkyvällä näytöllä. Älä syötä luottamuksellista tietoa; vältä henkilötietoja yllä mainitun mukaisesti. #### 3) Automaation rajoitukset; ei takuuta oikeuksista BloomDesignerin tuottamat luonnokset voivat olla epätäydellisiä, yllättäviä tai muistuttaa olemassa olevia teoksia. Vastaat siitä, että tarkistat esikatselun/todisteen ennen tilaamista tai tuotantoa. Emme takaa, että esikatselut tai lopulliset designit ovat vapaita kolmansien osapuolten oikeusrajoituksista tai sopivia tiettyyn käyttötarkoitukseen. #### 4) Omistusoikeus; ei oikeuksia käyttäjälle; ei teettämistä muualla Kaikki BloomDesignerin tuottamat lopputulokset (luonnokset, esikatselut, proofit ja lopulliset artworkit, jotka tuotamme) ovat meidän (tai lisenssinantajiemme) immateriaalioikeuksien alaista materiaalia, ellei kirjallisesti toisin sovita. Käyttäjälle ei myönnetä lisenssiä tai muita oikeuksia BloomDesigner-outputteihin. Saat ainoastaan tarkastella outputteja Palvelussa tilausta varten. Et saa kopioida, jakaa, julkaista, jälleenmyydä, lisensoida tai muutoin luovuttaa outputteja kolmansille osapuolille etkä käyttää niitä tarrojen/grafiikoiden valmistamiseen tai tilaamiseen toiselta toimittajalta ilman kirjallista lupaamme. #### 5) Moderointi ja kieltäytyminen Voimme kieltäytyä tuottamasta, näyttämästä tai valmistamasta designia ja voimme poistaa sisältöä, jos perustellusti katsomme sen olevan lainvastaista, oikeuksia loukkaavaa, asiatonta tai muutoin sopimatonta, tai jos se aiheuttaa turvallisuus-/mainehaittoja. #### 6) Kohtuullinen käyttö; rajoitukset BloomDesigner on saatavilla kohtuullisen käytön periaatteella. Palvelun saatavuuden ja käsittelykustannusten vuoksi voimme asettaa kohtuullisia rajoituksia tai cooldown-jaksoja, tai edellyttää vahvistusta ennen jatkamista, jos käyttö on poikkeuksellisen runsasta tai väärinkäyttävää. #### 7) Sähköpostikirjautuminen ja palveluviestit Osa ominaisuuksista voi edellyttää kertakäyttöisiä kirjautumiskoodeja/-linkkejä sähköpostiin. Vastaat sähköpostitilisi turvallisuudesta. Voimme lähettää Palvelun tuottamiseen tarvittavia palveluviestejä (esim. kirjautumiskoodit ja linkit esikatseluun/sessioon). Näissä viesteissä ei ole markkinointisisältöä. ## 11. Tilit ja viestintä - Tilaaminen voi tapahtua chatissa ilman erillistä tiliä. - Viestimme sähköisesti ja säilytämme palvelun tarjoamisen ja lakivelvoitteiden täyttämisen kannalta tarpeelliset tiedot. ## 12. Ikä ja kelpoisuus - Oston edellytys on **18 vuoden ikä** tai **huoltajan suostumus**. ## 13.
