This policy applies to the BloomDesignz online store and order chat. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under Finnish law.

1) Scope

We design and produce custom decal kits. Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, items are custom‑made and produced to your specifications.

2) Order flow, approvals, and deposit

  • You pay a design deposit at checkout (amount shown at checkout). The deposit covers concepting and proof work and is non‑refundable if you cancel after we start design work.
  • You review a digital proof in our chat. Approval must be recorded in writing in chat or via the Approve & Pay action.
  • After proof approval and final payment, the order becomes binding and proceeds to production.
  • By approving the proof you confirm layout, graphics, and spelling. Minor color variations may occur between screens and print.
  • Revisions: We include a reasonable number of proof revisions. If the number or scope of change requests becomes unreasonable relative to the original brief, an additional fee may be added to the total cost. We will inform you in chat before proceeding.

3) Production and lead times

  • Production queue: typically 3–5 weeks from proof approval to print readiness.
  • Dispatch time: typically 3–5 business days after printing is completed.
  • Lead times are estimates. We notify you of material or capacity constraints if they affect your order.

4) Shipping methods, areas, and costs

  • Carrier: Posti. We may change carrier if needed with comparable service.
  • Default delivery: Posti pickup point chosen by you at checkout.
  • Home delivery: available for an extra fee shown at checkout.
  • Tracking: provided where available.
  • Delivery area: Finland. We may add EU destinations later; checkout will indicate availability.
  • Shipping fees: displayed at checkout. Any changes will be clearly shown before payment.

5) Delivery timeframes

Posti’s typical domestic delivery takes about 3–5 business days after dispatch. Peak seasons or service disruptions can extend delivery times. Title and risk transfer on delivery to you (or a person you designate) as per applicable consumer law.

6) Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

  • On delivery damage: If the parcel is visibly damaged, ask the carrier to record it at pickup and photograph the damage.
  • Concealed damage or loss: Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery with your order number, photos, and a description.
  • We will coordinate with the carrier and provide a remedy as set out in Section 8.

7) Returns and withdrawals

Printed custom products (including graphic kits, stickers, and wheel graphics) are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Most of our products are custom‑made to your specifications. Under Finnish consumer law and EU rules, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. We therefore do not accept returns of custom items for change‑of‑mind, fit, or aesthetic preference once design work has started.
If we ever offer non‑custom stock items, we will state this on the product page and provide instructions for the standard 14‑day withdrawal right for those items.

8) Defects, misprints, and our remedy

We are responsible for defective products under Finnish law. If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Notify us without undue delay and within a reasonable time. Provide photos and a description via info@bloomdesignz.com email.
  • After assessment, our remedy will be, at our cost: repair, reprint/replace, or where repair/replacement is disproportionate, a price reduction or refund. We may ask you to return the defective item; if so, we will supply a prepaid label.
  • Not defects: differences arising from user‑provided assets that match the approved proof; color shifts due to screen differences within normal print tolerances; application/installation errors; wear, tear, or improper surface preparation.

9) Cancellations

  • Before design work starts: you may cancel for a full refund.
  • After design work starts but before proof approval: you may cancel; the design deposit is non‑refundable but no further production charges apply.
  • After proof approval and final payment: the order is non‑cancellable as it is custom‑made.
  • Costs incurred: any costs already incurred due to your order (including design work, setup, materials, paid options, payment processing fees, and any shipping charges) are non‑refundable.

10) Undeliverable or uncollected parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply. Custom goods are not restocked.

11) Contact and claims

  • Chat (BloomStudio): primary channel for placed orders and design discussions. We receive all information related to your order there. Sign‑in instructions are in your order confirmation email.
    Typical response time: by the next business day.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The checkout will always show current shipping options and fees. The latest version will carry a new effective date.

13) Governing law

This policy is governed by Finnish law. Mandatory consumer protections apply. If any term conflicts with mandatory law, that law prevails.
