These Terms govern purchases and use of the website bloomdesignz.com and our order chat. By placing an order you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope and parties

• Seller: Kona-Motors Oy ("we", "us").
• Customer: consumer purchaser located in Finland.
• Current sales territory: Finland. We may add EU countries later.

2. Products

• We design and produce custom decal kits for mopeds and motorcycles.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, items are made-to-order and customized.

3. Ordering workflow

1. Design deposit. A non-refundable design/deposit fee is charged to start design work.
2. Proof. We provide a digital proof in chat.
3. Approval. You approve the proof in writing (chat confirmation element or message).
4. Balance payment. After approval you pay the remaining balance.
5. Production and shipping. We print and ship after full payment.

Changes after approval may affect price and lead time.

4. Lead times and delivery

• Design and handling: typically 3–5 weeks from deposit payment and receipt of all required materials.
• Shipping time: typically 3–5 business days with Posti once printing is completed.
• Delivery method: to your chosen pickup point; home delivery available for an extra charge.
• Title and risk pass on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment processor: Stripe. Supported methods include card, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• We do not store full card details. Payment failures may delay or cancel the order.

6. Returns, withdrawal, and cancellations

• Customized goods: No statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies (EU Consumer Rights Directive, customized goods exception).
• The design/deposit fee is non-refundable if you cancel after design work starts or do not approve the proof.
• After proof approval and balance payment, the order is final.
• Our separate Return Policy defines the process for defective or non-conforming items.

7. Quality, defects, and remedies

• We are responsible for conformity under Finnish consumer law.
• Report issues without undue delay and include order number, photos, and a description.
• Remedies may include reprint, replacement parts, price reduction, or refund where appropriate.
• Exclusions: normal wear, improper surface prep or installation, misuse, or color variances due to display calibration.

8. Customer materials and approvals

• You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to all logos, images, texts, and references you provide.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials to design, produce, and deliver your order and to store them for re-orders and quality documentation.

9. Our designs and intellectual property

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, design concepts, templates, and graphics we create remain our intellectual property.
• We may reuse or adapt our own design elements in future products.
• We do not claim ownership of your trademarks or third-party marks you provide.
• We may showcase finished designs only without personal data or with your explicit consent if personal data would appear.

10. Chat and AI use

• We use chat to manage orders. Texts you write in chat may be processed by AI systems to assist with preference gathering and reference image handling.
• We do not automatically send order data fields (name, address, phone, email) to AI systems. Do not write personal data in chat.
• All orders are ultimately handled by a human.
• Chat content is not used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

11. Accounts and communication

• Ordering may occur via chat without creating an account.
• We communicate electronically and keep records necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

12. Age and eligibility

• You must be 18 or have parental consent to purchase.

13. Warranties and liability

• No commercial warranty beyond statutory rights unless stated on a product page.
• We are not liable for indirect losses (loss of profit, loss of use) unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory Finnish consumer law.

14. Force majeure

• We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., supplier failures, strikes, epidemics, transport disruptions, power or network outages).

15. Data protection and cookies

• Processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Functional cookies only. No analytics or advertising cookies.

16. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of order applies to that order. We publish the effective date.

17. Governing law and disputes

• Governing law: Finnish law.

• If a dispute remains, consumers may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
• You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
